Trigger action message with Russian language shows ? instead of words

Hello.
I`m trying to create trigger with action message like
{
“title”: “{{#ctx.results.0.hits.hits}}{{ctx.results.0.hits.hits.}}LOG FILE: {{_source.source}}

MESSAGE: {{_source.message}}


{{/ctx.results.0.hits.hits}}”,

“text”: “Logged errors in PROD environment”
}
When I got error message with Russian letters I`m see ??? in email instead of words.
Can anyone help?
