I was wondering if all these plugins that come separately with elastisearch. Will these work also for opendistro elastic…?
And if not, then for example in elastisearch there is this ingest-attachment plugin. Is this plugin available in opendistro elastic also…?

The plugins of elasticsearch are compatible with opendistro, because opendistro actual solution is the Elasticsearch-OSS version released by Elastic plus opendistro plugins.
You can install standard Elasticsearch plugins on Opendistro in the same way that you usually install other plugin in Elasticsearch.
Remember to pay attention to use the correct version with your Opendistro Elasticsearch version. See here for more right version that you need to use.
