We are planning to release OpenSearch 1.0 and name its artifacts as follows:
opensearch-1.0.0-beta1-linux.x64.tar.gz
This contains a minimal guthub:OpenSearch, and a collection of plugins.
I’ve also opened opensearch#632 to rename the minimum artifacts coming out of the OpenSearch repository to avoid confusion.
Please let us know if you have any thoughts or questions! It’s not too late to change things since we’re just approaching a beta 1.
