You can use #readymade image and configure it as required. Please refer link i have provided will surely help you to configure each setting. still let me know if u r facing any issue… here you will find sample docker compose file for reference.

I agree that my English is not very good yet, but once again, Dear colleagues, I’d really like to build an image with command “Docker build opendistro-for-elasticsearch” or “Docker build opendistro-for-elasticsearch-kibana” on my own.
