Hi, I want to send alerts to RT (Request Tracker).
I am setting up a “destination” as " endpoint by custom attributes URL".
To mee it looks like that Alert engine will send a json-document with key-value.
The parameters like “Queue” is not seen by RT.
RT seem to only accept a URL-encoded format with one variable ‘content’ with a
key-value encoding…
Any one else on to RT ?
